Terms & Conditions

  1. The instructions for the proper handling of my bows are to be observed.
  2. The use of the bow is at your own risk.
  3. Warranty:I grant a 2year warranty on my handmade bows with regard to material defects and processing defects, which becomes invalid in the event of improper handling.
  4. The warranty claim is not transferable.
  5. A draw weight tolerance of 2 lbs applies.
  6. No guarantee is given for a draw of the bow beyond the maximum specified extension length.
  7. Complaints must be reported within 14 days.
  8. Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier immediately.
  9. All deliveries are at the expense of the recipient.
  10. The prices include the statutory value added tax (VAT).
  11. Payment:20% prepayment, the rest upon delivery.
  12. Retention of title:The goods remain my property until they have been paid for in full.
  13. Copyright:All photos, bow models, grips, quivers, tabs, arrow shafts, veneer splicing, screw systems and designs are protected by copyright.
  14. Right of withdrawalof the customer as a consumer:

    Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

    The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

    Consequences of cancellation

    If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,

    unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

    We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

    You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

    You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

     Instructions for the proper handling of the arches
  1. Protect the bow during transport with a bow sleeve or sheath.
  2. Protect the bow from temperatures greater than 40 ° Celsius.
  3. Protect the bow from direct sunlight.
  4. Always tension the bow with a tension cord and do not twist the limbs.
  5. Before each use, check: nocking point, tendon, nocking notch and whether the string is correctly positioned in the nocking notch.
  6. Screw caps must be hand-tight before using the bow.
  7. Empty shots are absolutely to be avoided, as these can damage the bow permanently and irreparably.
  8. Before using the bow, carefully pull the string gently to ensure that it snaps properly into the notches.
  9. The maximum extension length of the bow must not be exceeded, this could damage the bow permanently and irreparably.
  10. The nocking point must be determined individually after the sighting in. Usually, it is slightly higher than the 90° angle attached to the tendon.
  11. Any damage found must be repaired before each further shot.
  12. The minimum arrow weight in grain per pound can be found in the individual product data sheets and must not be fallen below. This could permanently and irreparably damage the bow.
